Women In Nude Recreation

“and i said to my body. softly. ‘i want to be your friend.’ it took a long breath. and replied ‘i have been waiting my whole life for this.”― Nayyirah Waheed
I have heard it so many times. "I hate my body."
Many women never learn to love themselves or their body. I was one of them! I have always hated my body, no matter my size.
That is until I became a nudist.
Once I let go of my negative thoughts and focused on only the positive, my self-esteem skyrocketed. One of the goals of WINR to inspire and empower women to see themselves in only a positive light.

One step towards a stronger self-esteem is connecting with other women and hearing their stories. The WOW, Women One Word, campaign, was created to do just that. Women from all over the country, and even Europe, that found empowerment through nudism shared their photos and a word, or words, to explain what nudism has done for them. In essence telling us their story.

Women In Nude Recreation, WINR, is associated with AANR, the American Association for Nude Recreation.
Each region of the country has WINR representatives working together to make sure women enjoy the comfort and safety of nude recreation.
Another goal is to insure women of every age, shape, and size learn to love themselves exactly as they are, to essentially go from self-conscience to self-confident.
