How do you see yourself? As a capable, self-confident woman? Or an adventurer? Maybe you don't have the confidence yet to see yourself in a positive light.  Choose two or three of the words here and write them down on a piece of paper.  Put that paper on your bathroom mirror or refrigerator.  Look at them daily and tell yourself that you are worthy and powerful, just the way you are.
