It has taken me most of my life to become friends with my own body. It took becoming a nudist to help me see how beautiful I am, just the way I am. When I accepted my body, as is, I experienced freedom of mind and soul. I have also had the privilege of talking with so many women about how to love themselves. Women in the grocery store, in the doctor's office, at a restaurant, picking up my wine from the winery. Everywhere I go I talk about what nudism has done for me.
